unbound book

The path for the man exploring how to get unbound, or confident doing it on his own.

Every principle, every tool, every exercise - yours to work through in your own time and at your own pace. The right starting point if you want to understand the system and learn more about it before you go deeper.

UNBOUND group

The main path men choose to go through UNBOUND.

Twelve weeks, twelve principles, weekly group coaching calls and a cohort of men walking the same road at the same time.

The course runs in groups because isolation is part of what keeps this alive. You get full access to the platform, the tools, and a community of men who know exactly what you are carrying. Structured, supported, and built to move you forward week by week.

TWELVE WEEKS TO A NEW MAN

PHASE 1: STOP

(Weeks 1–5)

The first five weeks are about stopping the addictive behaviours. You cut off the routes, learn how the cycle actually works, and build the structure that makes stopping possible. This isn't white-knuckling it - it's dismantling the engine.

PHASE 2: UNDERSTAND

(Weeks 6–8)

Once the behaviour is under control, you go deeper. You stop fighting the symptom and start uncovering what's actually been driving it - the unmet needs, the core beliefs, the story you've been telling yourself for years. This is where real change begins.

PHASE 3: BECOME

(Weeks 9–12)

The final phase is about becoming the man you want to be. You repair the damage, rebuild your relationship with your own sexuality, and learn what it means to bring yourself fully to intimacy rather than take from it.

THE Twelve PRINCIPLES

A modern, abstract sculpture composed of stacked red and black rectangular planes, towered against a blue sky with scattered clouds and subtle sun rays.
  • Cut off every route. No exceptions, no negotiations.

  • Know the engine. Find where to intervene. Break the sequence.

  • Don't flirt with it. It will drag you under.

  • Fill your time with good things.

  • You can't outrun this alone. Find someone to run with.

  • Keep surfacing and healing what's actually driving it.

  • The emotion driving the behaviour is not the enemy. Learn to stay with it.

  • Challenge the lies that keep the cycle running.

  • Go back and fix the damage. Actions, not intentions.

  • Trip up, get up and keep moving. You're progressing, not perfect.

  • Sex that is free, present, and fully yours.

  • Turn your pain into someone else’s way out.
